چکیده
Background and Aims Nowadays, Participating in sports activities along with mental fatigue causes musculoskeletal injuries one of the most important factors reducing rate these is having proper recovery. Swedish relaxation massage meditation are some interventions that can possibly affect people’s fatigue. Therefore, purpose this study was immediate effect after on dynamic semi-dynamic balance Lower extremity function collegiate female athletes. Methods current a pre-experimental design pre- post-test intervention practices an experimental group. 16 athletes aged 20 to 24 years at Razi University were purposefully selected as samples they subjected protocols (45 minutes cognitive activity [stroop test]), (30 minutes) interval 48 hours. We evaluated Dynamic Y-balance device, Lafayette Stability Platform, left test. Data analysis performed using SPSS software, version 22 through paired t-test. Results There significant difference between semi-dynamic, lower means pre-test post-test, decreased (P<0.05). Also, there post-tests Conclusion In order prevent injury athletes, be used reduce improve function.

Comparing the Effects of Lower Extremity Muscle Fatigue on Dynamic Balance of Volleyball Players
Objectives: Lower extremity muscles are important for maintaining dynamic balance and athletic performance. Fatigue of these muscles may affect dynamic balance. It is not clear whether fatigue in a particular muscle group can affect dynamic balance more than fatigue in other groups. This study was conducted to evaluate and compare the effects of fatigue in five muscle groups on the dynamic bala...

Purpose: Postural control preserves organs and body parts in a proper biomechanical stance which exists in two forms: static and dynamic. Fatigue is one of the factors that affects postural control. This study aimed to compare the electromyography (EMG) activity of the lower extremity muscles before and after fatigue. Methods: This study was descriptive correlational and based on the research ...
